Sorry Carrie... unfortunately, commercial radio of today is not like that in the 90s-- as you well know. Kudos on mommyhood! And, thanks for spinning my favs back in the day. :)

Hey!! I am in radio (ok..temp. retired to be a mommy)......COMMERCIAL RADIO.....and I resent that statement!! LOL!

I truly remember spinning the heck out of Candlebox "Far Behind" (was that the only one that made the charts???)back in like 95...and I forgot about Spacehog!! Total "One Hit Wonder"....spun that one, too, for its short-lived life. Loved the ending of Better Than Ezra's tune "Good": "YEAH, YEAH, that's right!".

Too funny since I just wrote a post trashing XM, but I haven't listened to the 90's station yet. I'll give it a try. I would say we should remember Oasis and the Verve.

Very True. I love beautiful instrumentals from the FM Stereo stations of the 1960's that are long gone. So I have started a FREE and VIP Subscription station at LIVE365.com and perhaps you could mention it in your writings.
