The lineup for the Austin City Limits Music Festival to be held in Austin, TX September 26-28 2008 was announced today. Once again, it is a strong lineup for what was last year the fourth largest grossing music festival in the world, with $11 million in sales and almost 250,000 fans in attendance over three sold-out days.

In the past, the festival has attracted the likes of Muse, Arcade Fire and Bjork, but this year seems to have gone with more guitars than synthesizers.
